This blend, from the rare Plytó variety and the robust Mandilari, showcases the complexity that Cretan grapes can offer. It was crafted using a sophisticated method, where the white Plytó grapes are placed at the base of a pneumatic press, with the red grapes layered on top, allowing the red color to be "filtered" as they are pressed together, resulting in this delicate, pale rosé.

The nose fully expresses the cherry-like character of Mandilari, while on the palate, the combination of wild sour cherry and the vibrant acidity of the multi-dimensional Plytó creates a summery interplay of aromas and freshness.
