This single varietal Asyrtico - from two PDO & PGE origins from Crete & Santorini. A unique story that unifies under one variety the Asyrtico from two islands that has a great history in winemaking. The Cretan Asyrtico offers a herbal profile with distinctive aromas while the Santorini Asyrtico offers the unquestionable sharp acidity, the volcanic notes and a huge mouthfeel. Those two zones combined in harmony display the ability of Asyrtico to express in diversity.
